Prepare all the necessary ingredients

Place the chicken leg in a pot and cover with water. Add the bay leaf. Bring the water to a boil, remove any foam, and simmer the broth over low heat for 40-60 minutes, covered.

Remove the chicken and strain the broth. Set aside about 100 ml of broth to cool.

Peel and dice the carrots. Add the carrots to the broth and cook for about 7 minutes until tender.

Grate the hard cheese using a medium grater. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and add nutmeg, semolina, and grated cheese. Mix well.
