For a warm, cozy drink that combines the sweetness of mulled apple cider with the bold flavors of masala chai tea, try our chai cider. Apple cider is a natural partner for chai spices: cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, black peppercorns, and fresh ginger. It takes just a few minutes to make, but you’ll need to let the flavors infuse for an hour before drinking—or better yet, let it chill overnight and reheat the next day. Chai-spiced apple cider is a warming drink that doesn’t require a special occasion, make a batch and enjoy a glass each evening—or serve it next time you have company.
