Capitano Cooler
Sanpellegrino’s Capitano Cooler is a breezy, boozy beverage that captures the essence of Mexico with a sweet and tangy mix of flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 ounce white rum
- 5 ounce jamaican rum
- 2 ounce sparkling fruit beverage, such as sanpellegrino pompelmo
- juice of 1⁄2 lime
- 1 teaspoon honey
- lime or grapefruit wedge, for garnish
Directions
- Cool the mixing glass with ice for a moment. Remove the ice and add both rums, the Sanpellegrino Pompelmo, lime juice, and honey. Stir with a bar spoon to mix the ingredients and properly dissolve the honey. Garnish with a lime or grapefruit wedge and serve with ice cubes.
