  • 50 g grated parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • two handfuls of mixed fresh herbs, rinsed, patted dry and chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 pinches of nutmeg
  • freshly ground pepper
  • a dab of butter to grease the loafpan
